BIOGRAPHY<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>

Josefina Morand\u00e9\u00a0is a Graphic Designer by training, from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Valpara\u00edso. She studied under masters such as architect Alberto Cruz, Jos\u00e9 Balcells, Claudio Girola, and poet Godofredo Iommi, who introduced her to the world of observation and artistic creation as a fundamental part of her life. Since 2001, she has ventured into the Audiovisual world. She studied Film and Editing at “FX ANIMATION Barcelona 3D&Film School” in Barcelona, working on projects for the “Fundaci\u00f3 Foto Colectania” in the same city. She also studied Video Art at the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile and holds a degree in Film from the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano.
\nShe made and directed her first feature documentary: “Hoy y no Ma\u00f1ana”,<\/em> “Today and not Tomorrow<\/a>“,<\/em> which premiered at Miradoc 2018. \u00a0The film won the award from the National Institute of Human Rights (INDH) “For its notable contribution to the promotion and defense of human rights through documentary cinema” at the 22nd edition of FIDOCS, the International Documentary Film Festival of Santiago. In 2023, she premiered her second documentary: “El Don Absoluto, la historia de Sebasti\u00e1n Acevedo”<\/em> (The Absolute Gift, the story of Sebasti\u00e1n Acevedo), which won Best Feature Film and the Audience Award at the 16th FECICH, the Chilean Film Festival. She currently works as an independent Audiovisual Creator and Graphic Designer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
